The whole day, before the day gets loud.

One calm system for the whole record.

The care is the work. The paperwork should be the support.

You are the director, the teacher, the cook — and somehow also the database. The binder, the expiration dates, the ratio math at 7:15 a.m. when someone calls in.

ArkCare keeps the record ready so you can keep the room ready.

Inside the workday

Four screens. A lot less searching.

Real screens from ArkCare, running on real records.

The morning starts with the facts.

Open ArkCare and today is already laid out — who is in, capacity by age group, and your live staffing ratio, computed from who is actually checked in. With rooms set up, there is a per-room ratio strip too, and a guard that warns before a check-in would tip a ratio.

  • Active roster at a glance
  • Live ratio status by age group
  • Quick actions for the next thing

When the visit comes

Hand them the record, not a shoebox.

Enter Inspector Mode for a guided, read-only dossier of facility status, today's roster and ratios, child records, staff clearances, and drill history. One more tap prints it all as a single clean inspection packet.

A state visit becomes just another Tuesday.

A calmer operating rhythm

The day stays yours.

ArkCare is there when the next small thing matters.

  1. Open the day

See who is present, what your ratio is, and what needs attention before the first family arrives.

  2. Keep the roster live

Check children in and out as they arrive. ArkCare keeps the history without making you keep a second one.

  3. Log the moment

Record a medication, incident, or drill while it is fresh — with the context that makes it useful later.

  4. Close with confidence

See what is coming due, print what you need, and leave tomorrow a cleaner starting point.

What we are proud of

Useful beats impressive.

ArkCare is built around the things that make a real inspection less dramatic.

Offline-first by default.
Check children in, log a drill, and print records when the internet is out. Sync catches up when you are back online.
Flat pricing, on purpose.
Pro is $39/mo for one licensed location. Director is $149/mo for every location you direct. No per-child math.
Rules with an honest boundary.
52 jurisdiction rulebooks cover all 50 states. New York is wired deepest today; other states' compliance engines are rolling out, and we say so plainly.
Records that stay yours.
Your data lives on your device first and syncs to your secured account. We do not sell data or run ads.

Straight talk: all fifty states get their own license, capacity, and medical-record rules today. New York's deep-compliance engine (group family daycare) is the most complete; other states' and center-specific engines are rolling out.

At launch

One flat price. No per-child math.

Beta members are onboarded first, personally. Plans are simple when billing starts — and they stay flat as your enrollment grows.

Fair questions

Clear answers before you start.

What does joining the beta commit me to?

An email address and a conversation. Invites go out in the order providers join, onboarding is personal, and nothing is billed while the app is in beta.

Which states does ArkCare support?

All fifty. ArkCare ships with 52 jurisdiction rulebooks covering every U.S. state, so your license format, capacity limits, and medical-record windows follow your state's rules. New York is our deepest state today; more deep-compliance engines are rolling out.

Do you charge per child?

No. Pro is one flat price for your licensed location; Director is one flat price for all your locations. Your bill does not grow because your enrollment did.

What happens when the internet goes out?

Nothing dramatic. ArkCare is a desktop app that works offline first — you can check children in, log a drill, and print records with no connection at all.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — self-serve from the manage subscription page. No phone call, no retention script.

Is there a parent app or mobile app?

No. ArkCare is desktop software for the provider, for Windows and macOS. If that changes, you will hear it from us first.
