Inspection-ready, always

The records inspectors actually ask for — kept, current, and one tap away

Ratio & staffing engine

Live ratio status from who’s actually checked in, by age band — more than six children, under-twos, nap time. You always know where you stand.

Drill logs

Monthly evacuation and shelter-in-place drills, logged with route and duration — with a nudge before one goes overdue.

Clearance & training renewals

Background-check renewals and 30-hour training windows tracked per caregiver — flagged months before they expire, never the morning of.

One-tap Inspection Packet

Facility status, roster, medicals, staff clearances, drills, and attendance — assembled into one PDF the moment you need it.

Everything else a daycare runs on

One calm place for the daily work

Attendance

Check-in and out with times, absence reasons, pickup notes, and a 90-day history.

Health & medical

Immunizations, physicals, allergies, medication logs, and incident reports per child.

Staff files

Clearances, certifications, training hours, and assignments — current and complete.

Reports

Attendance sheets, enrollment rosters, and compliance reports as clean PDFs and CSVs.

The 60-second check

Would you pass a surprise visit?

Six questions, straight from the most-cited Part 416 risks. Answered honestly, it tells you exactly where you’re exposed — and it runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you answer is sent or stored.

Who it’s for

Built for the people who run care out of a home

Family & group family daycares

You’re the director, the teacher, the cook, and the compliance officer. ArkCare is built around your license — OCFS Part 416 rules are wired in, so staying inspection-ready stops being a second job.

Multi-site agencies

Running several licensed homes? The Director plan puts every location on one dashboard with cross-site compliance rollups — one flat price, however many homes you direct.

Daycare centers are welcome too — attendance, records, and reports work great today, and center-specific compliance packs are on the roadmap.

Fair questions

Is ArkCare only for New York providers?

The compliance engine is built around New York’s OCFS Part 416 — that’s our home turf and we say so plainly. Attendance, health records, staff files, and reports work just as well in any state; state-specific rule packs beyond New York are on the roadmap.

Do you charge per child?

No. Pro is one flat price for your licensed home; Director is one flat price for all your locations. Your bill doesn’t grow because your enrollment did.

What happens when the internet goes out?

ArkCare is a desktop app that works offline first. You can check children in, log a drill, and print records with no connection at all — everything syncs when you’re back online.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — self-serve, from the manage subscription page. No phone call, no retention script. You keep access through the end of your billing period.

Does it work for daycare centers?

The day-to-day tools — attendance, records, reports — work great for centers today. The compliance engine currently covers home-based (Part 416) rules; center rulebooks are a planned addition, and we won’t pretend otherwise in the meantime.

Where does my data live?

On your device first, synced to your own secured cloud account. We don’t sell data, we don’t run ads, and children’s records are never used for anything except running your daycare.
